『Polishing in my mind – Do shape and size really matter?』
Monthly meeting for English speaking sake lovers and guests, who is making first steps in our beloved category.
Humans are crazy about figures – we are not an exception as well. Some sake lovers are judging about sake only by figures on the back labels.
On the other side, some breweries are spending generations to achieve the “kokoro” (heart and soul) starch center of rice grain.
Others are looking for the best way of polishing for saving some proteins for the roundness of taste. You can also find now drinks made from unpolished rice, that are declassified from sake category…
We will attempt to cover all these enthusiasts (and little more, as always) and decide is really rice size should be the main criteria for the sake choice.
Hurry up! Our spaces are very limited!
Class will be held by Maksim Polkin, member of Imadeya Ginza team and WSET Sake Educator.
