お申込み・受講に関する注意事項

IMADEYAが主催するWSET SAKE講座へのお申込みにあたり、受講資格、お支払い、キャンセルポリシーなどの重要事項を定めております。お申込み前に必ずご一読・ご確認をお願いいたします。

【重要なお知らせ】

こちらからのお支払いのご案内後、2週間以内にお支払いが確認できない場合は自動キャンセルとなります。また、全講座において酒類の試飲を伴うため、20歳未満の方のご受講・お申込みはお受けできません。

1. 受講資格・年齢制限について

講座および試験では酒類のテイスティング（試飲）を行いますので、日本の法律に基づき20歳以上の方のみが受講対象となります（身分証明書のご提示をお願いする場合がございます）。
お車・バイク・自転車等を運転してのご来場は固くお断りいたします。公共交通機関をご利用ください。
Level 3講座の受講にあたり前提資格は必須ではありませんが、体系的な基礎知識を習得するため、事前に「Level 2」の受講・合格を強く推奨しております。

2. お申込み方法とお支払い期限

受講申請：専用のお申込みフォーム（Google Form）より必要事項をご入力の上、送信してください。
決済のご案内：申請内容を確認後、IMADEYAよりオンラインストアのアカウント情報および受講料決済用の専用URLをメールにて送付いたします。
お支払い方法：クレジットカード決済のみのお取り扱いとなります。
お支払い期限：こちらからのお支払いのご案内（メール送信）より2週間以内にお支払いを完了してください。期日までにお支払いが確認できない場合、お申込みは自動キャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。

3. 定員および最少催行人数

各クラスの定員は最大10名様（少人数制）です。定員に達し次第、受付を締め切らせていただきます。
各クラスの最少催行人数は4名様となります。
お申込み締切日時点で最少催行人数（4名）に満たない場合、講座の開講を中止、または次回以降の開講日程への振替をご案内させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

4. キャンセルポリシー・ご返金について

初回授業開始日の2週間前まで：キャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合、教材代金および所定の振込手数料を除いた受講料をご返金いたします。
初回授業開始日の2週間前以降：教材発注および試験登録手続き（WSET London本部）が完了しているため、いかなる理由であっても受講料のご返金はいたしかねます。
万が一、主催者側の都合や天災地変等で開講が不可能となった場合は、全額ご返金または別日程へ振替対応いたします。

5. 教材・学習テキストの発送

受講料のお支払い確認後、約1週間を目安にご登録のご住所へ学習テキスト・教材を発送いたします。
教材到着後は速やかに内容物をご確認いただき、落丁・破損等があった場合はお早めにご連絡ください。
講座初日までに事前学習を行っていただくことを推奨いたします。

6. 講習時間（GLH）および認定試験・再試験

必須講習時間（GLH）：WSET規定により、認定試験の受験資格を得るにはスクールでの受講時間（Level 2：15時間／Level 3：20時間40分）の修了が義務付けられています。遅刻や欠席がある場合、受験資格を失う場合がございます。
認定試験の実施：試験当日は写真付き公的身分証明書（パスポート、運転免許証等）の提示が必要です。
再試験制度：不合格となった場合、所定の再試験料をお支払いいただくことで次回の試験日に再受験が可能です。

7. 個人情報の取り扱い・その他

ご提供いただいた受講者情報は、講座運営およびWSET London本部への受講生登録・試験結果管理の目的にのみ使用いたします。
講義中の録音・録画・動画撮影は、著作権および受講者のプライバシー保護のため一切禁止とさせていただきます（写真撮影については講師の指示に従ってください）。

Important Notes on Application and Attendance

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding course eligibility, payment procedures, cancellation policy, and course regulations before submitting your application.

Payment must be completed within 2 weeks of our payment guidance notification email. Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled. Participants must be at least 20 years of age to attend any session.

1. Course Eligibility & Age Limit

All participants must be at least 20 years of age on Day 1 of the course, as alcohol will be sampled in accordance with Japanese law. Identification may be requested.
Driving any motorized vehicle or bicycle after attending class is strictly prohibited. Please use public transportation.
While there are no strict prerequisites for Level 3, completion and passing of WSET Level 2 Award in Sake is strongly recommended.

2. Application & Payment Guidelines

Submission: Please submit your application using the dedicated Google Application Form.
Payment Link: Upon receipt of your form, IMADEYA will issue an online store customer account and email you a personalized payment URL.
Accepted Methods: Credit card payment only.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 2 weeks of receiving our payment guidance email. Registrations without confirmed payment within this window will be cancelled automatically.

3. Capacity & Minimum Enrollment

Class size is strictly capped at a maximum of 10 students to ensure high-quality, personalized instruction.
The minimum enrollment is 4 students per course.
If the minimum enrollment is not reached by the application deadline, IMADEYA reserves the right to cancel the course or offer a transfer to the next available intake.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to 2 weeks before Day 1: Cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the first session are eligible for a refund, minus the textbook cost and processing fees.
Within 2 weeks of Day 1: No refunds can be issued under any circumstances, as exam registration with WSET Headquarters (London) and course materials will have been finalized.
In the unlikely event of course cancellation by the organizer or force majeure, full refunds or course transfers will be provided.

5. Study Materials & Shipping

Study study packs and textbooks will be dispatched to your registered shipping address approximately 1 week following payment confirmation.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately if any items are damaged or missing.
We strongly recommend completing preparatory reading prior to the first day of class.

6. Guided Learning Hours (GLH) & Examinations

Mandatory Attendance: Per WSET regulations, candidates must complete the full Guided Learning Hours (Level 2: 15 hours / Level 3: 20h 40m) to be eligible for the examination. Unexcused absence may forfeit exam eligibility.
Exam Day Requirements: Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) is mandatory on the examination day.
Resit Options: Candidates who do not pass may register for a resit examination during the next scheduled exam cycle by paying the relevant resit fee.

7. Privacy & General Regulations

Personal data provided will only be used for course administration and official candidate registration with WSET London.
Audio and video recording of lectures is strictly prohibited to protect intellectual property and student privacy.
